Questions
What counts as an AI generation?
Each summary, study guide, mind map, flashcard deck, quiz or practice exam you create. Reviewing flashcards, taking exams, editing and reading never count. If a generation fails, it doesn't count either.
When do the limits reset?
Monthly limits reset on the 1st of each month and daily limits at midnight (both in UTC). Settings shows how much you've used.
What happens to my materials if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted or locked. Everything you've uploaded or created stays yours on Free. If you have more than 3 materials, you can keep using all of them; you just can't add new ones until you're under the limit.
How do I cancel or switch between monthly and yearly?
In Settings, under Plan and billing, choose Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe retries the payment automatically and you keep Premium in the meantime. You can update your card from Manage subscription. If the payment still can't be collected, your account moves to Free; nothing is deleted.
Who handles payments?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
